Food

 Food is anything that gives energy to do work, to move place to place, to play, to read and to shout. Food is a main source of energy in our body. Food is a meal that we eat day to day life.There are many types of food.

I like the food which are cooked and eat. By eating more food we will get strong and can stay healthy. We have to eat more food to be strong and to stay healthy. We have to eat vegetables curry and more rice. Green vegetables are good to our health and our body. If we eat green vegetables curry and rice every day we will be active in the classroom.

Junk food is not a good for our health and if we eat more junk food our stomach will be big. We have to eat  junk food sometime only. If we want to eat junk food we have to look date behind the junk food package. Junk food are  made by chemical, so, people  don't make clean.

Please don't eat junk food and eat food that we eat day to day life with vegetables curry and rice. If  there is no food people and animal will die in hunger. By eating food we get energy. Vegetables curry and rice is better than the junk food. So, lastly please avoid eating junk food in our life.
